Description

BioHydro gellan gum is made from sugar, yeast extract and plant protein through fermentation, extraction and refining. It is a safe food additive with the advantages of good gel property, high transparency, strong suspension and good taste.

Product Application

For Biohydro gellan gum high acyl 

● Fruit juice beverage: recommend dosage as 0.02-0.045%, which can be used in combination with other hydrocolloids;

● Neutral protein beverage: recommend dosage as 0.03-0.045%, which can be mixed with other hydrocolloids and emulsifiers;

● Jams and condiments;

● Gel products: compounded with other hydro colloids, used as gel agent in semi-solid and solid food. 

For Biohydro gellan gum low acyl

● Suspended beverage: recommend dosage is 0.017-0.025%, according to the suspended particles;

● Gel products: it can be used for colloidal crystal ball, soft candy, meat products, bread, pastries and other products, recommend dosage is 0.1-1.0% ;

● Jelly and pudding products: recommend dosage: 0.07-0.09%, pudding can mixed with BioHydro carrageenan, BioHydro xanthan gum, etc;

● Water retention products.

Package

25kg/bag lined with a polyethylene bag, shrink wrapped on pallets or in bulk. Customer’s request is also available.
